LO6: Critically examine contemporary issues influencing business thinking and behaviour in relation to national culture.

Your Task: Write a response to the following essay question:
What are the main challenges faced by expatriates working on international assignments? Evaluate the extent to which the expatriate experience can be improved through organisational support. Your should address how
organisations can help support the expatriate experience through assistance with cultural adjustment in terms of work-life balance OR gender equality issues.
